What precautions are you taking against COVID-19?
Safety is our priority. We perform temperature checks upon entry to the bus, masks are required upon entry and all passengers agree to not knowingly have been in contact with covid positive persons. The bus is sanitized after every ride. We also have sanitizer available on board for use during your ride.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the bus and is applied to your total balance due.

Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
Yes. However, we do not provide alcohol. It is 100% BYOB and expected that only those 21+ years old will consume alcohol. We can always stop for a beer run if you need.
Is smoking allowed on the bus?
No. You are free to smoke outside of the bus on stops.
Is food allowed on the bus?
Yes. You can bring any food
How many passengers can the bus hold?
We have a 15 passenger maximum on The Bongo Bus.
Are ice chests available on board? Do you provide ice?
Yes. We can provide up to two ice chests for use during your trip. We will also include up to two bags of ice with advanced requests. (We will ask you upon the booking confirmation)

Can we bring a keg on the bus?
Yes. There is space for a keg and we can provide the trash can holder and ice if needed, with advance notice.

Is there bluetooth connection to play music?
Yes. You can connect via bluetooth or aux cord.
Is there a place to charge phones?
Yes. We have several usb plug connections and have standard cords to fit a variety of phones, but you are free to bring your own cord to use.
Can I bring decorations?
Absolutely. We love to see your theme or style brought to life on the bus. (tip: It’s metal, so anything magnetic would be a great idea)
Can I create my own bus route? Can I have different pickup and dropoff locations?
Yes. It’s your time, you chose how to spend it!
Is there a bathroom on board?
No. However, we’re happy to make a pit stop for potty breaks.
